Making a purchase or donation will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.

The giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law.

The giveaway will remain open until Canadian Justice Grandma has reached 150 Facebook followers, 150 TikTok followers, and 150 website subscribers.

There is no predetermined calendar closing date. Once all three milestones have been reached, Canadian Justice Grandma will close the giveaway to new entries.

The milestone will be determined using the follower and subscriber counts available to Canadian Justice Grandma. Entries received after the giveaway has been declared closed will not be eligible.

There is one prize package available: one Canadian Justice Grandma hat, one Canadian Justice Grandma shirt in the winner's available size, and one $100 CAD Visa gift card.

Total approximate retail value: $170 CAD. The merchandise portion of the prize is subject to available sizing and inventory.

Shipping to a valid Canadian address is included at no cost to the winner. The prize is non-transferable. No cash substitution will be provided by Canadian Justice Grandma except where required by law.

During the giveaway period, entrants must follow Canadian Justice Grandma on Facebook, follow Canadian Justice Grandma on TikTok, subscribe through the Canadian Justice Grandma website, and complete and submit the official giveaway entry form.

Limit: one entry per person. Incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or duplicate entries may be disqualified. No purchase or donation is required.

The chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received before the giveaway closes.

After all three milestones have been reached and the giveaway has closed, one potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the official giveaway entry form.

Before being declared the official winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question.

Failure to correctly answer the question may result in disqualification and another potential winner may be selected.

The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of being contacted.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 72 hours, does not meet the eligibility requirements, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, another eligible entrant may be randomly selected.

Canadian Justice Grandma will never ask the winner to pay a fee, send money, provide online banking information, or purchase anything to receive this prize.

The prize will be shipped at no charge to the confirmed winner at a valid Canadian shipping address.

Personal information submitted through the giveaway entry form will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and deliver the prize.

Any separate consent to receive Canadian Justice Grandma news, resources, advocacy updates, or promotional communications will be handled according to the consent provided by the entrant.

With the winner's permission, Canadian Justice Grandma may announce the winner's first name and province or territory on its website and social media channels.

Canadian Justice Grandma reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical problems, or circumstances outside its reasonable control interfere with the proper administration of the giveaway.

All decisions regarding eligibility and administration of the giveaway will be made in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable Canadian law.
